Job Summary:

Crew Chiefs play a vital role in our management team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and guiding the crew to achieve business goals. As a Crew Chief, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure consistent revenue growth, excellent customer service, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the General Manager to drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance

• Coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience

• Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency

• Develop teammates through our internal training program and provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction

• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently

• Carry out other duties and projects necessary for the position, such as inventory, cash handling processes, guest issues, and concerns, and working with the District Manager on any critical initiatives

Requirements:

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people

• Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry

• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results

• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance always

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment with a 'Guest First' mindset
