Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker proficient in both manual and CNC machinery.

The role involves fabricating high-quality tools and parts from raw materials.

A background in fixture design is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision parts
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings for manufacturing tools and components
  • Create parts from metals and plastics based on specifications
  • Design and construct fixtures and jigs to improve manufacturing efficiency
  • Maintain machinery
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in toolmaking or machining preferred
  • Experience in both manual and CNC machining
  • Knowledge of CAD software and CNC programming
  • Ability to read technical blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Experience with fixture design is preferred
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand for extended periods

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time, Monday to Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime as needed.
