Outstanding Primary Care Opportunity

AAS Locum Tenens is seeking an experienced and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in our Outpatient clinic located in Bronx, NY.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate physician who can provide exceptional primary care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct office visits and home visits as needed to provide routine and acute care to patients
  • Administer annual wellness visits and health risk assessments to promote healthy lifestyles
  • Care coordinate with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies to ensure seamless patient care
  • Promote population health leadership and work collaboratively with the care team to achieve shared goals
  • Educate patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments to empower them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $215,000 - $275,000 based on experience and location, with quarterly bonus opportunities based on quality metrics. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • 6 weeks of paid time off, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME)
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • $5,000 CME stipend
  • Provided health, vision, dental, and life insurance
  • 401K investment, up to 4% company match, vested immediately
  • Provided medical malpractice insurance
  • Relocation package available on a case-by-case basis
Requirements
  • National certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active, non-probationary state physician license
  • At least 1 year of direct primary care experience as a physician
  • Active DEA license
