Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth and revenue in the Private Funds practice
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality assurance services to private fund clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client service
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and business development

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in assurance, with a focus on private funds
  • 3+ years of partner-level experience, with a proven track record of leadership and business development
  • Advanced technical skills and knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
