Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and business-minded professional to join our dynamic and innovative insurance brokerage firm specializing in field marketing for Medicare and life insurance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background with extensive experience in data management, processing, visualization, and reporting, combined with acute business acumen for navigating and defining impactful reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable and efficient data solutions across the entire data stack
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and drive business decisions
- Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations and reports using Tableau and other tools
- Ensure data quality and integrity through ETL processes and data integration techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and database management
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with version control systems like Git
