Optum, a clinician-led care organization, is seeking a Pathway Program Physician to join our team in Everett, WA. As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you'll be part of a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion while driving towards the Quadruple Aim.

Required Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O.
  • Final Year Residents or Chief Resident in an accredited residency program (2024 or 2025 graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Desire to practice out-patient care in one of the following areas post-residency: King County, Pierce County, Skagit County, Snohomish County, and Whatcom County

Nationwide Telecommute Residents Only: The salary range for Telecommute residents is $40,000 to $50,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
