About the Role:

This Sales Associate position is a great opportunity to join SpartanNash's dynamic team As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking products on store shelves.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to company standards for safety and sanitation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail or related experience beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Estimated Salary Range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
