Position Summary:

We are in search of skilled labor and employment attorneys to deliver expert counsel and representation to employers on a wide range of employment law matters. This includes litigation concerning ERISA, workplace discrimination, at-will employment, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, whistleblower claims, work-related torts, wage and hour regulations, and FMLA issues. Our attorneys play a pivotal role in corporate mergers and acquisitions by scrutinizing employment agreements, non-compete and confidentiality clauses, wage compliance, and employee benefit programs. Additionally, we provide strategic advice on plant closures and workforce reduction laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing class and collective actions along with wage and hour disputes.
  • Overseeing litigation involving ERISA, workplace discrimination, at-will employment, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, whistleblower claims, work-related torts, wage and hour regulations, and FMLA issues.

Qualifications:

  • Must be admitted to the California State Bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
