As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading principal and senior mechanical, optical, and electrical engineers in the development of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, analysis, and testing of simulation/display systems
  • Develop and implement project execution plans to ensure projects remain within budget, on schedule, and meet all customer and derived requirements
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop project plans and ensure successful project execution
  • Support proposal efforts for digital display domains, coordinating inputs from various engineers and generating project bids and technical volumes
  • Track, report, and analyze earned value metrics to understand project performance and determine appropriate actions to correct real problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of core concepts of display systems and/or graphics systems
  • Strong conceptual, planning, and problem-solving skills across multiple projects
  • Strong computer skills and the utilization of MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP and Cobra preferred but not mandatory
