We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our 2nd shift team in Horseheads, NY. As a key member of our operations, you will contribute to the production, inspection, and finishing of essential medical device implants.
Key Responsibilities:- Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in production, inspection, and finishing processes.
- Utilize gauges for precise measurements.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify quality defects.
- Complete documentation in compliance with FDA requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Stand for the duration of your shift (8-12 hours).
- Be available for potential 10-hour days, weekends, or holidays for overtime when needed on short notice.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable daily transportation to and from work is essential.
- Excellent opportunities for career advancement.

- Assignment Type: Temp to Hire.
- 1st Shift: 17.00/hr.
- 2nd Shift: 17.50/hr.
- 3rd Shift: 17.75/hr.
