About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our 2nd shift team in Horseheads, NY. As a key member of our operations, you will contribute to the production, inspection, and finishing of essential medical device implants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Participate in production, inspection, and finishing processes.
  • Utilize gauges for precise measurements.
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify quality defects.
  • Complete documentation in compliance with FDA requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Stand for the duration of your shift (8-12 hours).
  • Be available for potential 10-hour days, weekends, or holidays for overtime when needed on short notice.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable daily transportation to and from work is essential.

Pay Rates:
