We are currently in search of a Construction Project Manager for an exciting role in the Phoenix region. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly with projects exceeding $20 million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all managerial and administrative duties related to the project, including proficiency in estimating, scheduling, quality assurance, progress tracking, billing, design coordination, cost management, safety protocols, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with the project owner from the outset to streamline the design process with selected design professionals.
  • Ensure the preparation of a detailed and accurate project estimate.
  • Manage the procurement process and selection of subcontractors.
  • Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
  • Facilitate progress meetings with the construction team and stakeholders.
  • Implement necessary adjustments based on customer feedback to enhance project outcomes and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction field, preferably in mixed-use or multi-family projects.
  • Strong decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Proficient in organizing, planning, and managing multiple tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
