At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Provide ongoing nutritional education and support to patients and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical nutrition research and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registry.
- Current state licensure (if required by the state).
- Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
- Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred.
