As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute care settings, providing high-quality care to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized care plans and delivering evidence-based treatments.
- Collaborating with medical staff and residents to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
- Leading and mentoring nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and a positive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Completion of an approved nursing program.
