Job Summary:


The Receptionist Specialist embodies the RELIVE brand, consistently upholding a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.

This role requires effective communication with patients and a comprehensive understanding of the available products and services. Responsibilities include onboarding and processing patient check-outs accurately based on the services rendered. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners.



Responsibilities:


Greet patients and visitors warmly, whether in person or over the phone; adeptly handle inquiries or direct them appropriately.

Enhance patient satisfaction, optimize provider efficiency, and maximize treatment room usage by effectively scheduling appointments both in-person and via phone.


Ensure timely patient appointments by notifying providers of arrivals; monitor service delivery against the schedule; and remind providers of any delays.

Provide comfort to patients by anticipating their concerns; address questions; and maintain a welcoming reception area.

Guarantee access to treatment information by organizing and retrieving patient records.

Manage patient accounts by collecting, documenting, and updating personal and financial details.


Record and fulfill prescriptions, update financial records, document and collect patient charges, and oversee third-party invoicing and fulfillment processes.


Maintain office inventory and equipment by assessing stock levels; anticipating supply needs; placing and expediting orders; confirming receipt of supplies; and coordinating with the Office Manager for equipment service and repairs.

Safeguard patient rights by adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring the confidentiality of personal and financial data.

Support operational efficiency by following established policies and procedures; report necessary changes.

Collaborate with administrative staff and other medical team members before and after therapy sessions, engaging in shared decision-making.

Utilize online booking systems accurately.

Assist patients with inquiries and follow-up communications.

Qualifications:
Minimum education level of GED.

Prior experience in customer service settings.

Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

This position is independently operated by a franchisee.
