We are in search of Licensed Massage Therapists who are driven by results and passionate about helping individuals enhance their well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a serene and professional environment.
- Assessing client needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the treatment room after each session and at the end of shifts.
- Adhering to all state regulations regarding client intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- A valid California massage therapy license or certification.
- Experience in the field for at least one year, which may qualify for an enhanced compensation package.
- The ability to attract new clients and maintain relationships through effective treatment programs.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts (both part-time and full-time roles available).
- A comprehensive understanding of anatomy and movement as it relates to soft tissue therapy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with computers.
- High ethical standards.

Compensation Transparency: $39.50-$43.50 per session; $17.28/hr for non-session work, with opportunities for bonuses.
