Job Summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a skilled Production Soil Sorter to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for sorting and processing soil in our industrial laundry facility.

Responsibilities
  • Sort and process soil in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate press equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Maintain production floor distribution and organization
  • Classify and lay out items for pressing, including industrial shirts and executive dress shirts
  • Separate soil pick-up tickets and check for needed repairs on items
  • Lift and move heavy loads, up to 100 pounds, as needed
  • Ensure colleagues practice safety procedures at all times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience working with plant equipment/machinery highly desired
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with regular exposure to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level is usually loud.
