Position Overview:

In this role, you will be entrusted with the frontend development of Highway's innovative products, reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the trust that freight brokers place in our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement frontend solutions for Highway's applications
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create cohesive user experiences
  • Engage in daily standup meetings and collaborative discussions
  • Effectively manage tasks using JIRA

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining frontend applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with TailwindCSS, Vuex, Vue Router, Ruby on Rails, and SQL is advantageous
