About the Role

Vaxxinova US is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our Blend/Fill team in a sterile manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment associated with the Blend/Fill department in a sterile manufacturing environment.
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment and work areas.
  • Prepare liquid buffers used during the serial assembly process.
  • Blend critical components required for final serial batching.
  • Filling final serial batches using product-specific filling equipment.
  • Assist other technicians with troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
  • Manually record all necessary information immediately upon completion of a task and maintain records associated with Blend and Fill.
  • Assist other manufacturing departments when schedule permits.
  • Maintain a clean work environment to assure sterility.
  • Promote safety in all areas of work, professional courtesy, and a positive work environment within the company.
Qualifications and Capabilities:
  • Basic math skills required.
  • General proficiency with MS Office.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems.
  • Ability to work on equipment while standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • High school diploma required, Two (2) or four (4) year degree in any technical field preferred.
  • One (1) to two (2) years' experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
