Job Title: MSP Consultant III

Join our team as an MSP Consultant III, a senior-level position responsible for delivering expert-level technical support, consulting, and project management services within a managed service provider (MSP) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Client Consultation & Support: Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to servers, networks, cloud environments, and cybersecurity.
  • Systems & Network Design and Implementation: Lead the design, deployment, and management of advanced IT solutions, including server and network infrastructure, virtualization, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and security protocols.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure that client systems adhere to industry-standard security practices and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in systems and network administration
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity
  • Ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior consultants
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 a year
