Certification Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. The ideal candidate will possess current certifications in BLS and ACLS, with ARRT certification preferred.

Job Responsibilities

The Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures, monitoring patients during procedures, and circulating during surgeries. The successful candidate will have experience with scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating, as well as experience with cardiac cath lab procedures.

Work Schedule

The Cath Lab Technologist will work four 9 or 10 hour shifts per week, with on-call shifts required. The schedule will include Monday through Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of working additional shifts during the week.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with one prior travel assignment. The successful candidate will also be required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
