Staff Pharmacist RoleAs a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Pharmacy Manager and leading your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Safety: Ensuring the well-being of our patients through safe and effective medication management.
- Pharmacy Professional Practice: Maintaining the highest standards of pharmacy practice, including regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Regulatory Requirements: Staying up-to-date on changing regulations and ensuring our pharmacy meets all necessary standards.
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring and improving our pharmacy's performance to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Personnel Management: Leading and developing your team to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of our pharmacy.
- Inventory Management: Ensuring our pharmacy has the necessary supplies and medications to meet the needs of our patients.
- Financial Profitability: Managing our pharmacy's finances to ensure we're operating efficiently and effectively.
- Loss Prevention: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to our pharmacy's assets and reputation.
- Workflow Management: Optimizing our pharmacy's operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Required Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $78.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
