Job Summary:As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Five Star Nursing, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
- Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
- Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
- Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
- Currently holds an active LPN license to work in New York.
- CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated clinical competency
- Flexible Scheduling (Days, Evenings, Nights, and Weekends available)
