Job Overview

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sports Host to join our fast-paced team. This rewarding role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they feel welcome, heard, and cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently, making sure they feel comfortable and relaxed.
  • Seat guests promptly, taking into account their preferences and any special requests.
  • Provide menus and highlight daily specials, promotions, and events to enhance the guest experience.
  • Communicate clearly with guests, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate estimates of wait times when necessary.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently using our cash registers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in restaurant hosting or serving is a plus, but not required.
  • A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You should be able to build rapport with guests, understand their needs, and respond effectively.
  • Collaboration with servers, bussers, and other team members requires strong communication skills.
  • You must be able to lift trays or supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
