Position Overview
Express is on the lookout for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute opening and closing duties, including balancing cash registers, preparing deposits, and activating security measures.
- Perform necessary overrides at the point of sale.
- Ensure a tidy and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain the safety of all associates and customers.
- Assist in implementing product launch changes in accordance with company standards.
- Uphold all aspects of the customer experience model.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately to minimize customer wait times.
- Address and resolve customer service issues as they arise, escalating when necessary, while keeping Store Management informed.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs by clearly explaining benefits and encouraging customer participation.
- Perform other essential tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:
0-2 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a similar role.
- Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Critical Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience in retail is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
