As a skilled mixologist, you will be the face of our W XYZ lounge, creating a vibrant atmosphere and providing top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in selecting beverage menu items, providing informative and helpful guidance.
- Mix and serve drinks, maintaining control over beverage stock according to guidelines.
- Have in-depth knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Ensure accurate menu placement in the bar for both beverage and food items.
- Assist with inventory management.
Requirements:
- Ability to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
