As a Baker at Panera Bread, you'll be the driving force behind our delicious fresh bread and pastries. You'll work closely with our team to maintain our high standards of flavor and quality, using only 100% real ingredients. Your day will be filled with baking, stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks, all while helping to build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.

• Bake fresh bread and pastries daily, meeting our high standards of quality and flavor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and health safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with our team to meet sales goals and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
