About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will provide mechanical support services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and conveyor belts
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve minimum effectiveness levels and maintain a safe working environment
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, with a focus on quality and safety
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and tools, with a focus on safety and ergonomics
