Heavy Civil Project Manager Opportunity

G&E Partners is seeking a highly skilled Heavy Civil Project Manager to join their team in Wilmington, Delaware. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across the heavy civil market and leading a team of construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, clients, and customers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to ensure team members are aware of project progress and any changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil general construction, with a proven track record of project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 10 hour and 30 hour OSHA certificates are preferred.
