Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work closely with patients in their homes, providing personalized speech therapy services to help them overcome communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication skills and develop strategies to improve them
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document patient progress and communicate with families and caregivers as needed
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related field
- Current state licensure and certification in SLP
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Speech Therapist in home health care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
