Responsibilities:
  • Bench/Mounters: Insert lenses into frames, edge, bevel, tint, and ensure lenses meet correct power, axis, and prism standards.
  • Inspection: Check frames and lenses for cosmetic and optical defects using ANSI standards.
  • Surface: Utilize state-of-the-art CNC optical machinery to handle lens surface processes like taping, blocking, generating, coating, and polishing.
  • AR Department: Operate Anti-Reflective Coating Machinery, sort and inspect lenses, and ensure they meet quality standards.
Requirements:
  • No specific educational level required - experience speaks volumes.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is needed.
  • Precision and accuracy are paramount in this role.
  • This position requires intermittent focused effort, coupled with organizational and planning skills.
