Pacific Coast Producers is a leading food production company seeking a skilled Journeyman Industrial Electrician to support its facility in California. This position offers a challenging opportunity to work in a dynamic maintenance department, ensuring the efficient operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, install, adjust, maintain, repair, and overhaul electrical equipment and mechanisms, and related equipment.
  • Responsible for the efficiency, operation, maintenance, repair, and safety of all plant electrical equipment, control systems, and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, construct, install, maintain, and overhaul 460 VAC, 3-phase power, MCC panels, motor controls, frequency drives, DC drives, PLCs, and complex electric and automated control systems.
  • Perform tasks such as running conduit, pulling wire, and terminating wire to existing and new electrical components.

Requirements:

  • Read, understand, and perform layouts from sketches, drawings, and/or written instructions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, and write).
  • Observe all safety rules, policies, and procedures and perform all duties in compliance with regulatory and company food safety and quality initiatives.
  • Reliable and able to maintain excellent attendance.
  • Self-motivated and possess strong problem-solving skills.
