About the Job:
">We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Southern California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, architects, and subcontractors. You will also need experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. The salary for this role is $125,000 - $165,000 annually, and it includes benefits like health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401K with company matching, PTO, and Section 125 Plan and Flex Spending Accounts.
