Compensation: $22.60+/hour based on experience

Hiring Incentives:

  • $1,500 for part-time positions
  • $3,000 for full-time positions

Work Schedule:

Evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with opportunities to participate in our Work on Weekends (WOW) program, allowing you to earn 1.5 times your base wage for working 16 hours each weekend.

Responsibilities:

As a Trained Medication Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to residents in accordance with established regulations and best practices. Your duties will include administering medications and treatments under the supervision of a licensed nurse, as well as fulfilling Resident Assistant responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a state-approved training program and current certification in medication administration.
  • Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and current certification.
  • Compatibility with PHS's mission and values.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
