Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care under the guidance of RNs or physicians, ensuring the highest level of quality and compassion.




  • Deliver Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Perform physical exams, collect medical histories, and review medications to develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Manage Wounds and Injuries: Evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor wounds, incisions, and injuries to prevent complications and promote healing.
  • Monitor Vital Signs and Record Patient Information: Continuously monitor and document patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide clear instructions and guidance on medical conditions, medications, and self-care practices to empower patients and their loved ones.
  • Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: Work closely with RNs, physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Address Patient Comfort and Safety: Prioritize patient comfort and safety by providing positioning, mobility assistance, and pain management as needed.
  • Respond to Medical Emergencies: Swiftly respond to medical emergencies, adhering to established protocols and delivering basic life support as necessary.
  • Adhere to Infection Control Procedures: Follow proper hand hygiene and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent infections and maintain a safe environment.
  • Safely Handle and Dispose of Medications and Medical Supplies: Handle, store, and dispose of medications and medical supplies in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Foster Health and Wellness: Promote preventive care measures like vaccinations and screenings, and aid with health assessments to support patients' overall well-being.
  • Advocate for Patients' Rights: Ensure patients receive the appropriate care and support by advocating for their rights and needs within the healthcare system.
  • Stay Current on Nursing Best Practices: Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current on nursing best practices, regulations, and advancements.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAPs): In certain cases, LPNs may supervise CNAs or UAPs to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
