Job Overview

At EDAG, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to lead the integration of upcoming model changes or new models into series operations in the Body Shop lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all Model Year Activities for Body Shop, ensuring seamless integration of new models and equipment.
  • Ensure all quality requirements are met, guaranteeing the highest standards of excellence.
  • Plan for efficient integration of changes to prevent disruptions, maintaining a smooth production process.
  • Coordinate all changes with the Process Engineer of affected lines, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Support all trial requirements, ensuring successful testing and validation.
  • Lead the launch and integration of trials, driving successful project execution.
  • Schedule body start timing with other groups, ensuring optimal production planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in automotive body experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer, with a proven track record of success.
  • Working knowledge of various welding techniques, including stud welding, spot welding, sealing/gluing, MIG welding, impact joining, and riveting.
  • Project experience, with a focus on efficient project management and execution.
  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
