• Provide administrative oversight and guidance to the medical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards that promote a safe and respectful environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or administration.
• Current licensure as a LPN or RN in the state of employment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
