Job Title: Axiom Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Axiom Developer to join our team at Synechron. As an Axiom Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and coding to deliver high-quality digital solutions for our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Develop quality AXIOM Code, delivering the functionality detailed in technical specifications, and assist with Axiom technical design.
  • Data Sourcing and Integration: Develop and review PL/SQL code to support data sourcing into Axiom, understanding end-to-end data flow from DB to Axiom.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Ensure code/configuration written meets predefined company and department standards.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Review requirements documents to ensure functional requirements are well understood.
  • Performance Tuning: Review PL/SQL codes to handle performance tuning exercises.
  • Unit Testing and Implementation: Prepare and execute detailed unit test cases to test the Axiom code in Controller View, and coordinate implementation including packaging of code and obtaining required approvals.
  • Business Analysis and Support: Coordinate and communicate with business counterparts for requirement gathering and UAT testing, and provide BAU and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Axiom, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Tableau.
  • Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience as an Axiom Developer, with experience in developing apps for Banking, Financial, and FinTech experiences in an enterprise environment.
  • Additional Skills: Tableau experience or working experience with any BI tool is a plus.
