We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team at Larkin Community Hospital – Palm Springs Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure effective nursing care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate, maintain, modify, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Provide compassionate and dignified care to patients, respecting their autonomy and cultural background.
- Meet the qualifications and requirements outlined below:
- Active Florida RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare setting
- Previous Behavioral Health experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Work Schedule: Night Shift 7PM-7AM
