Pay:

  • Inshop: $9 - $14/hr
  • Drivers: $9-$14/hr base wage, plus tips and DMR
  • Person in Charge (PIC) or Assistant Managers: $14-$16/hr
  • PIC/Assistant with 6 months of employment and 3 months JJ Manager experience: $16.50/hr
  • Assistant with 1 year at JSB and 6 months JJ manager experience: $17/hr
  • Corporate Certified Assistant with 1 year at JSB and 6 months JJ manager experience: $17.50/hr (approved by Director of Operations)
  • Corporate Certified Assistant with 6 months at JSB and 1 year GM experience at Jimmy Johns: $18/hr

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Drive safe and obey the rules of the road
  • Work as an in-shopper when there are no deliveries
