Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Infusion Rheumatology Department at Emory Healthcare. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the care required for patients with rheumatic conditions and have experience in administering infusions. A minimum of 3 years' experience in med-surg or acute care is preferred. Floating between non-oncology infusion centers is also required.
- Able to apply the Synergy Model for Care in practice, personalizing care for each patient/family.
- Serves as a resource to colleagues and strong advocate for patients/families.
- Documents the nursing process accurately and in the appropriate format.
- Plans and implements patient care independently.
