Key Responsibilities
  • Product Quality and Consistency: Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in all coffee products, adhering to company recipes and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, individualized attention to each resident, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Menu and Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in our menu offerings and products, making recommendations and answering questions with confidence.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, as well as the coffee bar area, to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a barista role is preferred, but not required.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 5 shifts per week, including weekends.
