Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited training program for Operating Room Technicians.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous.

Certifications:

  • BCLS certification is required upon hire or within 30 days.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in computer applications and able to meet unit competency requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to distinguish colors and comprehend written instructions.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

  • Must possess good visual acuity and communication skills.
  • Work may involve exposure to noise, odors, and mechanical hazards.
  • Follow universal precautions and use protective gear as trained.
