At Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, we are committed to providing the safest and highest quality of care to our patients. We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale, Washington.
About the RoleThis per diem opportunity allows you to work alongside our skilled surgeons and medical professionals in a dynamic and compassionate environment. Our service provides a wide range of endovascular and open surgical procedures, including TCAR, CEA, peripheral bypasses, EVAR/FEVAR, dialysis access, and vein procedures.
We work closely with hospitalists, podiatrists, IR, cardiologists, wound care specialists, and other experts to provide comprehensive care for our patients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in vascular surgery while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- First assist in surgeries
- Inpatient rounds and consults
- Outpatient follow-ups
We offer a flexible schedule, with 4 ten-hour shifts per week and call responsibilities one day a week. Our team values work-life balance and encourages you to pursue your interests outside of work.

QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- 1+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in vascular surgery or a related field
- Washington State Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
- DEA and National Provider Identifier numbers (may be required depending on the position)
- Certification by specialty area and strong interpersonal and counseling skills
- ACLS and BLS certifications
