- Assist residents with medication reminders, personal hygiene, dressing, and other essential daily activities.
- Provide emotional and social support to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Maintain a detailed daily log of assistance provided to residents.
- Promote independence while respecting the dignity and confidentiality of each resident.
- Address concerns from residents, families, and staff promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of experience in senior care services.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Compassionate, professional, and empathetic approach to caregiving.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks effectively, and make independent decisions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
