We are seeking experienced Sprinter/Cargo Van owner-operators to join our team at Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC.

Job Summary

As an owner-operator, you will be responsible for transporting goods in your own Sprinter/Cargo Van, working independently with our company as a contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport goods in your own Sprinter/Cargo Van, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work independently as a contractor, managing your own schedule and routes.
  • Communicate with our dispatchers to receive and accept loads.
  • Ensure your vehicle meets our requirements, including a minimum of 4 straps and PPE, and is not older than 2016.
  • Meet our minimum average monthly salary requirement of $8,000 and more.
Requirements
  • Be a US citizen, resident, green card holder, or work authorization holder.
  • Be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
  • Speak, understand, and read basic English (Russian speakers also welcome).
  • Have a minimum of 6 months of driving experience.
  • Have a Sprinter/Cargo Van with a minimum of 4 straps and PPE, and be willing to work with our company as an independent contractor.
Benefits
  • Competitive rates: $1.05 - $1.35 per mile for Sprinters in good areas, $0.90 - $1.10 per mile in bad areas, and $1.25 - $1.55 per mile in Canada.
  • Personalized loads: we will work with you to find loads that match your preferences.
  • Quick payment: 3-5 business days, with an option for quick pay at 3%.
  • Flexible scheduling: Monday-Friday, with the ability to negotiate rates with our dispatchers.
