About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team at BlueWave Ventures. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will advise our national and international clients on corporate law, M&A, private equity, and venture capital matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored solutions to complex legal issues in corporate law and related areas
  • Work on national and international projects with colleagues from our group or network

  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and help shape the future of our company
Requirements
  • Qualified legal knowledge, demonstrated through relevant state exams and meaningful internships
  • Experience as a lawyer or recent graduate with previous experience in a commercial law firm, preferably with an international focus
  • Legal creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, independent action, and teamwork
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Enjoyment of networking and building relationships in a young and dynamic team
