Position Overview

Healthy Living is seeking a passionate and skilled individual to take on the role of Café Jr. Sous Chef. This position is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

The Café Jr. Sous Chef will:

  • Assist the Café Chef in overseeing food production and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment, ensuring team morale is high.
  • Demonstrate exceptional multitasking and communication skills, keeping the Café Chef and Sous Chef informed of all operational matters.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented according to the café's standards.
  • Serve as a role model for hospitality and customer service.
  • Bring a culinary degree or substantial cooking experience to the table.
  • Possess at least one year of supervisory experience along with three years of professional kitchen experience.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position.
