About the Job:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:
  • Clean bathrooms and removes trash mid-day.
  • Perform work area clean-up and safety related duties.
  • Follows scope of work defined by school leaders including but not limited to: washing windows, handrails, window sills, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Physically walks the property on a frequent basis and removes litter, debris from the grounds
  • Lifting/carrying (supplies, trash receptacles, ladders, etc.): Occasional need (1% to 33% of the time) 25 - 75 lbs.
