Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Store Leadership Development Program as a Retail Management Trainee. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, including financial management, employee staffing and development, inventory management, and customer service leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals
  • Develop and implement effective store operations and processes
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing store team
  • Manage and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous experience as a retail manager or supervisor
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including morning, night and weekend shifts, and to work overtime as needed
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
  • Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience analyzing company financials, including Profit and Loss Statement, preferred but not required
