Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician position at 21st Amendment Brewery requires a skilled and flexible individual to perform preventative maintenance routines, equipment repairs, and assist with process automation and improvement. Key Responsibilities- Complete preventative maintenance routines to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively
- Perform equipment repairs in a timely and safe manner, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
- Assist with process automation and improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance programs and SOPs
- Procure and manage parts and materials for maintenance and repair projects
- Perform weekly cleaning and organization of maintenance areas to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Prior experience in brewing, beverage, dairy, or other food processing industries in maintenance is preferred
- Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed
- Industrial electrical experience and knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is required
- Metal fabrication experience (Mig, Tig, Roller, brake, shear, lathe, mill) is a plus
- Troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment and manufacturing mechanical skills are essential
- General electrical wiring skills and knowledge of local and national building codes is a plus
- Valid California Driver's License is required
